a new project with my musical guru Neilson Hubbard and the incredible Irish songwriter Ben Glover. we spent many days and nights writing songs by candlelight inside an 1800s octagon shaped antebellum house. secret tunnels and hidden passageways were involved. sounds of ghosts were recorded. after many songs were written we invited friends to the Octagon Hall and spent 4 days making the record in the house. the band including Kim Richey (best singer ever), Dan Mitchel (genius), the Donegans (Kris the guitar wizard husband and the incredible voice of Heather), Dean Marold (bassman and good vibes master), and a few guests like grammy nominated Gretchen Peters and my friend Zach Bevill who helped engineer. it is the craziest sounding project and i love it.
